Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining. Provide safe transfers, mobility assistance, and repositioning while monitoring residents and promptly reporting changes in condition to the nursing team. Measure and record vital signs, maintain accurate documentation, keep rooms clean and safe, and follow infection prevention protocols. Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional resident care. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available across day, evening, and night shifts, including 12-hour rotations. Weekend and holiday rotation required. Current Tennessee CNA certification required; CPR/BLS and long-term care experience preferred. Required Qualifications
