Job Summary
Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, and mobility assistance for patients with limited mobility. Monitor and report vital signs, patient behaviors, and assist with transfers between wheelchairs and beds. Adjust patient positioning to prevent bedsores and enhance comfort while supporting eating activities. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Full-time W2 employment with a $20–24 per hour rate. This role supports Aegis Healthcare's home health and hospice teams, serving a vulnerable population within the East Valley.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice
- Valid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation
- Proof of current auto insurance & registration
- Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current CPR Certification
- Negative TB Test
Desired Qualifications
- Home Health and/or Hospice experience as a CNA preferred
