Job Summary
Deliver personal care including hygiene, bathing, and feeding while assisting residents with activities of daily living and transportation to social programs. Perform basic nursing procedures under licensed nurse supervision, chart progress notes, and ensure proper positioning and meal service safety. Participate in meal service, document care administration, and support residents during appointments and activities. Work full-time or part-time shifts including day, evening, and night rotations with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Requires valid state certification and strong interpersonal skills within a collaborative long-term care environment.
