Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents within the skilled nursing neighborhood under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Provide direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity. Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and promptly report any changes to nursing staff to support proactive and personalized care. Work shifts from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm at one of the largest not-for-profit senior living communities in the nation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)
- Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process
