Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal times. Provide mobility assistance for transfers and positioning, monitor and record vital signs, and maintain a clean, organized environment. Support social and emotional well-being through meaningful interactions while adhering to safety protocols and infection control measures. Work under licensed nurse supervision in a senior living facility in Guthrie, OK, with a shift schedule of 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am. Join our NA Trainee program to earn a company-paid CNA certification before transitioning into full-time care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from licensed nurses
- Shift: 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
