Job Summary
Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan. Support patient independence while adhering to safety policies, procedures, and state/federal guidelines. Comply with safe lifting and transfer protocols for residents. Identify, document, and report changes in resident conditions to the supervisor. Requires an active Texas Certified Nurse Aide license.
