Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques. Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse while accurately documenting care in accordance with regulations. Support individualized care plans, maintain a clean infection-controlled environment, and ensure medical equipment functions properly. Participate in shift handoffs and follow all state, federal, and facility policies. Requires active CNA certification, ability to lift and transfer patients safely, and strong teamwork skills.
