Conduct hands-on care by assisting residents with daily living activities and personal care while maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Assist with treatments delegated by the Registered Nurse and monitor vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration. Document services performed on the computerized charting system and report any changes in physical or emotional condition to the supervisor. Observe residents and help them maintain independence through prescribed program activities.
