Job Summary
Provide personalized care by following the plan of care to ensure patient comfort and well-being. Assist with personal care needs including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, and clothing while attending promptly to patient and family requests. Maintain accurate documentation of care details and provide support to families by sharing knowledge and offering reassurance during challenging times. Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm with weekend rotation available in the Woonsocket and Pascoag coverage area.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A.
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting
- Current CPR certification if state-mandated
- Current driver's license
- Vehicle insurance
- Access to dependable transportation
