Job Summary
Conduct basic nursing care functions and perform personal care duties for residents under the direction of a Licensed Nurse. Observe and report resident conditions while ensuring services align with the Resident Bill of Rights. Obtain Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License and National Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Complete criminal background check and maintain compliance with Department of Human Services requirements. Available for multiple shifts, full-time, and on-call rotation at Providence Brookside Manor in Hood River.
Required Qualifications
- Completed or currently participating in a CNA training course or equivalent educ/experience
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position upon hire
