Job Summary
Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join a hospice-focused home-care team serving the Chester and Montgomery County, PA region. Responsibilities include ADL assistance (personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, transfers), assisting with ROM exercises, light housekeeping of the patient’s unit, feeding, and reporting any changes in condition to the Nurse. Requires 18+, state-required training (75 hours classroom with 16 hours practicum and 16 hours of classroom instruction), one year of CNA/hospice/home health experience, and a licensed driver with insured vehicle. Pay starts at $19.75/hour. Full-time employees receive medical/dental/vision and other benefits; paid time off, holidays, sick time, 401(k) with company match, and Payactiv available. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Meets training requirements of the State
- Received a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training with at least 16 hours devoted to supervised practical training and with at least 16 hours of classroom instruction completed
- Must have one year experience as a CNA, hospice aide or home health aide
- Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order and current auto insurance
- The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
