Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for the development and updating of individualized plans of care, providing care according to these plans, and addressing residents' daily living needs through activities and recreation. Key duties include reporting to the Household Team Leader, observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, and complying with safety and infection control protocols. Candidates must be dependable, model teamwork principles, and demonstrate knowledge of compliance policies and confidentiality regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be registered in the state of PA
- Must be available for shifts every other weekend
