Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. Engage and assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs). Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs to collaborate with the Nurse on updating their personal Resident Care Plan. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. This role offers a salary range of $20.00-$23.00/hour at Brightview Senior Living. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with current state CNA/HHA/CHHA certification being a plus.
