Job Summary
Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges, and check each patient routinely to ensure personal care needs are met according to their wishes and care plan. Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the guests/patient's daily care routine have been made on the care plan. Perform assigned functions of personal care under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the registered nurse. Requires a CNA license certification prior to hiring, current CPR and fingerprint clearance, and minimum six months of CNA/LNA experience. Flexible schedule available with a pay range of $25.00 - $28.00 per hour.

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred
- Recent Long-Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility or Transitional Rehab experience
