Job Summary
Provide personal care, delegated nursing services, meal preparation, light cleaning duties, and resident engagement to promote independence and well-being. Work part-time daytime (7a-3p) or evening (3P-11P) shifts with every-other weekend requirements. Maintain CNA registration on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry and pass a background check. Earn $17.00-$20.00 per hour with paid training, referral bonuses, and daily pay options. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Currently registered as a CNA on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry
- Ability to pass a background check
- Patient, kind, and dedicated with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend English clearly
- Basic computer skills
- Must be available for every-other weekend shifts
