Job Summary
Take and record vital signs accurately, escort patients to the ambulatory suite, and provide personal hygiene care while maintaining safety and confidentiality. Assist patients with ambulation and transport via wheelchair or stretcher, ensuring call lights are accessible and side rails are up. Monitor patient safety by initiating bed alarms when appropriate and documenting all procedures. Maintain a clean environment and report unusual signs to personnel. Requires current Wisconsin CNA certification, CPR within three months, and ability to perform simple math. 1st shift (8a-4:30p), 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications
- Current CNA Certification with the Wisconsin registry
- Demonstrates ability to do simple math functions
- CPR certification within three (3) months of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Previous CNA experience in ambulatory care, physician practice, clinic, or outpatient setting
