Job Summary
Coordinate work within the department, report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor, and assist with tasks to support department operations. Provide individualized care that encourages residents to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychological wellbeing by assisting with daily personal hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting. Participate in daily nursing reports and electronic documentation while observing and reporting changes in residents' condition. Make independent decisions when warranted based on resident needs. Work with a high-quality, collaborative team to deliver quality nursing care.
Required Qualifications
- current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide license
- completed a Michigan approved CNA training program
- eligible to test
- Must be licensed within four months of hire
- A can do/will do attitude to help others
