Provide hands-on care and daily living assistance to clients with developmental and behavioral needs. Support individuals requiring total care while building meaningful relationships and promoting their independence. Ensure a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for all residents. Work flexible shifts including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings from 9am to 5pm, with 28+ hours per week available. Required Qualifications
