Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence, and provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment. Take and document vital signs as assigned, observe changes in conditions, and report findings to the nursing team. Maintain a clean, safe environment, complete regular rounds, and respond promptly to resident needs. Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support quality care. Perform additional duties as assigned. This role offers 6- or 8-hour shifts at Pine Ridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Pagosa Springs, CO, with competitive pay, daily pay, and tuition reimbursement. Walk-ins are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA certification (or certification from a compact state, if applicable)
- Graduate of an accredited CNA training program
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for providing outstanding care to seniors in a long-term care setting
