Certified Nursing Assistant - 7a-3p Every Other Weekend

Provide service and care to each resident based on their individual service plan, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility. Maintain awareness of physical and mental health changes, report them immediately to Nursing Staff or the Executive Director, and respond to emergencies with first-aid while arranging medical follow-up. Answer calls for assistance promptly, keep units clean, and support residents with laundry, meal selection, and activity programs. Complete monthly in-service education hours and maintain records per policy. Carry out other duties as assigned while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and emergency protocols.
