Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques. Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse while accurately documenting care and daily activities. Support individualized care plans, maintain a clean and infection-controlled environment, and ensure medical equipment functions properly. Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training while following all state, federal, and facility policies. Requires active CNA certification, ability to lift and transfer patients safely, and strong teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and patient-first mindset
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
