Job Summary
Provide personal care and support to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities; assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility; follow each patient's care plan and report any changes in condition; work alongside nurses, therapists, and facility staff to provide excellent care; ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction; flexible scheduling options including per diem, contract, and block scheduling; applicable to Wisconsin facilities with CNA certification and CPR certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA certification or applicable aide credentials in Wisconsin
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare facility
- CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Strong communication and time management skills
