Job Summary
Monitor patient vitals and behavior while reporting changes to supervising staff. Provide basic nursing care including grooming, bathing, and transferring low-mobility patients between wheelchairs and beds. Assist with meal times, medication administration, and room preparation with necessary supplies. Collect laboratory samples and educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive measures. Maintain accurate patient records ensuring confidentiality. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. A valid CNA license and strong organizational skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- A valid CNA license in the state of employment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
