Assist residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and ensure dignity and respect in a homelike environment. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care while maintaining physical stamina for lifting and mobility assistance. Create a comforting atmosphere that fosters a warm, supportive setting for seniors. Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
