Job Summary
Deliver individualized CNA care per each resident’s care plan, assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity, report health status changes to the clinical team, engage with residents and families compassionately, participate in ongoing education and staff meetings, maintain confidentiality of resident information, and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
