Job Summary
Deliver individualized care aligned with each resident's care plan while assisting with Activities of Daily Living to promote independence and dignity. Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connect with residents and family members compassionately. Engage in continuous learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other development opportunities. Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy. Maintain high standards of communication and interpersonal skills while serving with love, compassion, and dignity. Perform any other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
