Job Summary
Deliver individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan and assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and maintaining dignity. Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connect with residents and family members in a compassionate manner. Engage in continuous learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences while complying with all rules regarding confidentiality and privacy. Perform any other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
