Job Summary
Deliver individualized care based on resident care plans and assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence. Report health status changes to the clinical team and connect with residents and families in a compassionate manner. Engage in continuous learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other development opportunities. Comply with confidentiality and privacy regulations regarding resident information. Perform any other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
