Job Summary
Deliver individualized care based on resident care plans and assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence. Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connect with residents and family members compassionately. Engage in continuous learning through educational seminars and staff meetings while complying with confidentiality regulations. Maintain a high school diploma or GED and current CNA certification. Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
