Job Summary
Deliver individualized care aligned with each resident's care plan, assisting with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity. Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connect with residents and family members compassionately. Engage in continuous learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other development opportunities while complying with confidentiality and privacy regulations. Maintain a compassionate approach in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
