Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) - Part-time- 3rd shift

Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan while providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and maintain dignity. Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner. Engage in continuous learning through attendance at educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences. Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information. Perform any other duties as assigned.
