Deliver individualized resident care per care plan; assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity; report changes in resident health status to the clinical team; connect with residents and families in a compassionate and impactful manner; participate in ongoing education through seminars and staff meetings; maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
