Job Summary
Deliver individualized care based on each resident's care plan and assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and maintaining dignity. Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connect with residents and family members compassionately. Engage in continuous learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences while complying with confidentiality and privacy regulations. Maintain high standards of communication and interpersonal skills to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
