Job Summary
Deliver individualized care based on resident care plans and assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity. Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connect with residents and family members compassionately. Engage in continuous learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other development opportunities. Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy. Maintain current CNA certification from an accredited program and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
