Job Summary
Deliver individualized care per each resident's care plan and assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence. Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connect with residents and family members compassionately. Engage in continuous learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences. Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information. Perform any other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
