Job Summary
Deliver exceptional, individualized care based on each resident's care plan while assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and dignity. Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connect with residents and family members compassionately. Engage in continuous learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other development opportunities. Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information. Perform any other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
