Job Summary
Provide compassionate, hands-on CNA care across multiple Care Initiatives communities within a defined region. Perform daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating), monitor health with routine vital checks, deliver emotional support and companionship, and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities. Maintain infection control standards and collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare teams to support safe, dignified resident care. Flexibility to work full-time or part-time with a minimum monthly hour commitment and the ability to travel between locations within your region.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification
- Six (6) months of verifiable CNA experience
- Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region
- Must live in a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities
