Job Summary
Certified Nursing Aide delivers ADL support per care plans, assists residents with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity, reports health changes to the clinical team, and fosters compassionate connections with residents and families. Engages in ongoing education through seminars and staff meetings and adheres to confidentiality/privacy requirements; performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent required
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
