Job Summary
Provide individualized care per resident care plans, assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity, report changes in resident health status to the clinical team, and engage with residents and families in a compassionate manner. Participate in ongoing education through seminars and staff meetings; maintain confidentiality of resident information; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
