Job Summary
Deliver compassionate resident care per care plans, assisting with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity. Report health status changes to the clinical team; engage with residents and families to provide a positive experience. Participate in educational seminars and staff meetings; uphold confidentiality of resident information. Perform other duties as assigned and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
