Job Summary
Deliver individualized care based on each resident's care plan and assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and maintaining dignity. Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connect with residents and family members compassionately. Engage in continuous learning through educational seminars and staff meetings while complying with confidentiality and privacy regulations. Serve with love, compassion, and dignity as required by the role.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
