Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)- 2nd shift

Deliver exceptional, individualized care aligned with each resident's care plan while assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and dignity. Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and connect compassionately with residents and family members. Engage in continuous learning through educational seminars and staff meetings, while strictly complying with confidentiality and privacy regulations. Maintain a compassionate approach in all interactions.
