Job Summary
Provide extensive ADL assistance per residents’ care plans, delivering compassionate, dignified care while promoting independence. Report health status changes to the clinical team, communicate effectively with residents and families, and engage in ongoing education and development opportunities. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information; perform other duties as assigned while upholding quality care standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
