Job Summary
Deliver individualized care to residents per each care plan; assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity; report changes in resident health status to the clinical team; connect with residents and families in a compassionate and impactful manner; participate in educational seminars and staff meetings; ensure confidentiality of resident information; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
