Job Summary
Deliver hands-on support to home-care clients: assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers; promote mobility and strength through range-of-motion exercises and therapist-directed routines; monitor health by checking vital signs and tracking intake; provide medication cues and document compliance; support daily life with nutritious meals, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship; advocate for safety by following infection-control and fall-prevention protocols and documenting in EMR. Requires High School diploma/GED and active CNA license (state-specific), Current First Aid & CPR, and ability to meet medical clearance requirements.
