Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) needed at Eden Nursing and Rehabilitation in Brackenridge, PA. Full-time role with 3p-11p and 11p-7a shifts plus every other weekend. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming), providing personal care (feeding, transferring, ambulating), monitoring vital signs and reporting changes, assisting with medication administration and record-keeping, maintaining a clean and safe environment, developing and implementing personalized care plans with the healthcare team, and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
