Job Summary
Deliver hands-on home-care support for clients including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers; promote mobility with range-of-motion exercises; monitor health by checking vital signs and reporting changes; provide medication cues and document compliance; assist with meals, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship; follow infection-control and fall-prevention protocols, and maintain EMR notes. Requires High school diploma/GED and active CNA license, First Aid & CPR certification, medical clearance, TB test, and basic computer skills.
