Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers while promoting mobility through range-of-motion exercises and physician-directed therapy routines. Monitor fluid and food intake, report health changes promptly, and provide medication cues with accurate documentation via our EMR app. Support daily life by preparing nutritious meals, performing light housekeeping, running errands, and offering companionship.
