Certified Nurses Aide

Perform various resident care activities and related non-professional services necessary for the personal needs and comforts of residents in the Skilled Nursing Facility. Answer signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to determine resident needs, then provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care including bathing, dressing, undressing, and dental care. Serve and collect food trays, transport residents to activities, and turn or reposition residents safely to prevent bedsores. Complete hourly patient safety rounds, assigned showers, weights, and range of motion exercises, while changing bed linens and maintaining room cleanliness. Document all care and observations accurately and timely, direct visitors, and answer telephone inquiries. Comply with security policies and System procedures while participating in departmental training. This full-time night shift role offers a rate of $29.17/hour plus DOE and shift differential.
