Job Summary
Provide one-on-one care for seniors in the comfort of their homes, assisting with personal care, dressing, grooming, and daily routines. Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support while helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping. Monitor client well-being, communicate important changes, and provide transportation to appointments, shopping, and community outings. Build trusted relationships with clients and their families. This role serves seniors throughout South Snohomish and North King Counties, offering flexible full-time and part-time schedules with weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass background check and medical clearance requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Current Washington State CNA or HCA credential preferred
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
